Gene, I signed the roster list for the 703d AC&W Sq, Texarkana AFS, AR. and am attaching to this email, the emblem patch for that unit as it originated while I was there. I personally took the negative print of the emblem to a local patch making establishment in Texarkana to have the patches made. I don`t know who designed the emblem, but a Capt Tommy R. Steele was Commander of the 703d at the time. I met him again at my retirement out processing at Offut AFB, NE. He was then a Lt Col and was the Personnel Officer of the CBPO.
